1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dk89" refers to the online gaming platform operated at dk89.io, including all services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and account management tools made available to registered users.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the dk89 platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, director, or close family member of dk89 or any of its software providers or business partners, unless dk89 has granted explicit written permission.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mental capacity and must not be under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement or decision-making when using the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on dk89, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• dk89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any stage. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk89 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay using the mobile banking numbers registered to your dk89 account.
• Standard deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt by dk89. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• dk89 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction fees that are outside dk89's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume.
• dk89 reserves the right to request full identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an outstanding pending Wagering Requirement on any Bonus Balance associated with the account. Real Money Balances that are not subject to a bonus lock may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
• dk89 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. You are responsible for any fees your mobile banking provider charges on inbound transfers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dk89 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed identity verification and meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each promotion carries a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated in full in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default Wagering Requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire at the end of this period without replacement or compensation.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or coordinated bonus exploitation through multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. dk89 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the accounts of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
• Only one active deposit bonus may be claimed per qualifying deposit unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Players may not combine multiple welcome bonus offers.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the dk89 platform. Game-specific rules and sports betting rules are published separately within each game or market interface.

• All game outcomes on dk89 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, by live dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. dk89 does not interfere with or alter game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wagers placed may be refunded to the Player's account. dk89's decision on such matters is final.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the dk89 system cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all bet details — including stake amount, market, and selections — before submitting.
• dk89 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at an obviously incorrect price or under circumstances that suggest system error, data feed failure, or manifest advantage pricing. Players will be notified and refunded in such cases.
• For live sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that wager.
• dk89 imposes minimum and maximum stake limits on all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted periodically at dk89's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk89 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following behaviours will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the dk89 platform, whether under your own identity or a third party's.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an advantage in any game, bonus, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, or depositing using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the dk89 platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker-type games or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dk89 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Privacy & Data

11 Suspension & Account Closure

dk89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A Player's account remaining inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified before any dormancy action is taken.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account restriction.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Balance and non-withdrawable funds) will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
